Feeling happy  but those smiles are slowly fading as  you embrace home. Trying to feel okay everyday and then here comes the rough road as you go home at the end of the day where you face the reality that you don’t have anyone.

You are in your room spacing out on the things that happened. It is already passed 12 am but still wondering why I am feeling this?

In the dark room where you find your friend named silence.

Try to get out in the dark and find the light that will guide your way. Be the light of your own darkness. Break the stigma of being labeled as having illness. Get out of your comfortzone.

Find things that will make you busy and forget about the fears and worries that brings you down to your darkness. Do not forget to bring with you the light which represent the hope that everthing will be alright. This is just something to be gone through.

Mental Health problems are common among university  students where life is stressful and full of problems . Where we cannot think the right decisions because what if’s haunt us.

Through this awareness do not let yourselves be isolated, get help, join a common group and break the stigma of thinking that mental health shouldn’t be given enough attention because it is not okay. You are not okay. Being aware and have the responsibility to be treated because it  is a good thing to make yourselves free.

It implies the information that psychological issue are not jokes or fictions implies by one’s mind because of weariness or absence of character. It gives the comprehension  to understand well that mental health must be taken seriously.

It helps everyone value more our health especially mental health because it is our responsibility to take action be mindful of what is happening in ourselves.

Making things smooth and better is advisable because it will make things easier to make decision because of being free from any negative outcomes that we may face. Just remember to avoid making yourself a fake instead face the reality that may people experiences mental health problems.

It means all things happens for a reason so do not blame yourself if things got bad. It is better to be true to your self than faking a smile and going through the day with heavy heart and worries in mind.

It is much better to go home safe and soundwithout any burden in our hearts and minds.

DEPRESSION

Discourage? Sadness? Disappointed? Hopeless? Empty?

Those are feelings that we encounter in our daily lives which will be the origin of every depression that we may not nor might face.

It is like at the end of the day you are still completely feel nothing but loneliness.

You bond  with many people but after that you feel incomplete.

It is not easy to feel empty after doing so many thing to distract yourself from being depressed but at the end of the day when you are by yourself you will know it is still so sad.

You are in you room again but instead of peacefully sleeping you are sitting at the edge of the bed thinking about being incomplete despite of the laughters  you shower during daytime.

Losing interest on something you like because you know at the end of the day you will embrace the loneliness of being alone even though you are surrounded with good people.

Just completely staring at the blank wall and thinking about how come I am sad?

In the dark room where light was entirely became gloomy just like a sunny day into stormy day.

All day you only have your phone beside you, surfing in the Internet finding something that will satisfy yourself on the things that you wanted to see to feel okay.

You cannot tell eventually that you are having a depression because it is a silent killer. It will target you to be hopeless that you cannot do anything but only watch how things goes round and round.

Tears surprisingly falls without reasons but surely it is not a meaningless teardrops. Every drops shouts for a word help!

It will make you feel numb in every emotional situation but the only thing you know is that the sadness eats you which will leads you into being hopeless.

We  are the one who can avoid the feeling that we might feel during depression stage because being strong enough means you can fight against the depression.

Depression is known as mood disorder. It simply described as feeling of sadness, loss, hopeless, or discourage that interfere someone’s activity in day to day cases.

Understanding the fact that being discourage, sad, disappointed, or loneliness is normal and it is part of our lives. We experience those things because we are trying to do things that will keep us in moving forward and be productive in some instances.

This is also a mental health problem that is very relevant with the youth and it is not given enough attention to focus in thins problem because many people think this is just nothing. The mindset that they’ve create will affect the judgment that they will be going to act. Depression is considered a serious medical condition that can get worse without proper treatment and this mental health problem must be given an attention and enough time to access everyone. Symptoms may also be ongoing, or come and go. The feeling that someone might encountered is like temporary but it will bring back the same feeling that you want to avoid because those emotions you feel is out of nowhere and the cause is not very present why you feel the numbness.

EATING DISORDER

Waiting for the clock to hit the break time and imagining the food that you want to buy. You are feeling excited about the food that your mouth wants but body does not.

I want to eat this because my mind desire to buy it and then your stomach still saying this is not the food I need because our body need healthy foods that gives nutrients.

Buying different food and trying to taste everything to satisfy the hunger you felt during the entire day but ended up having a stomach ache.

You already consumed foods that you desire but still not satisfied you simply called it as “stress reliever” and so with that let us eat those foods that we want until we feel full and satisfy the hunger that we feel and then?

Are you cool about it ? or are you still craving for something?

And as you continue doing this action you started to gain weight and fiercely triggered with the result so they called it as overweight.

Unsatisfied of the body shape you have because of the frequent lose control of eating.

Eating disorder happened not just because we are hungry and we want to eat more foods but it is the result of psychological problem that we did not notice.

Negative body image.

Poor Self-Esteem.

Everything starts is our mind.

While seating at your favorite  common food chain that most students or people are fond of, increasingly number of people come in the entrance and go out in the exit with the smile in their faces from the frowning eyebrows as they enters.

And you have also a common question in your mind.

Are they hungry? Or just satisfying the cravings they feel?

People who eats a lot does not get the nutrients that their body needs because we are fond of the “USO” foods that the food stores offers. We are fond of eating requested food because it was the most reviewed menu or store in the internet.

It is not easy to overcome the devastating feeling of wanting to eat something but still hungry and looking for something that you cannot find.

But when you try to understand it, eating disorder is also a challenge in our body by simply maintaining unhealthy behavior of eating.  Try to learn new things to rediscover yourself who are you beyond you eating habits, weight and body image.

Eating disorder become dangerous, all-consuming and unmanageable when someone make it a habit.  As a university student who tend to skip meals can be life-threatening in some cases eventhough it feels like it is just a small thing when you skip meals or eat too much because of long tiring day.

MAKE YOUR SOUL CONTENTED


“Being contented ought to mean in English, as it does in French, being pleased. Being content with an attic ought to not mean being unable to move from it and resigned to living in it; it ought to mean appreciating all there is in such a position” – Gilbert K. Chesterton


Through that quote some people assumed contentment as negative. Human as we are always put in our mind that striving to better or best is the acceptable choice in life that never feel content but strive to grow.


Never settle for the less.


Contentment is simply being satisfies with what you have, where you are or who you are. Being contented means you’re happy with you current state.
A feeling of fulfillment with your situation and don’t need or want anything in order to maintain the level of happiness.


However, being contented is not about being stuck forever on things that you are holding all this time. It can be a feeling of okay I achieved it, I fulfilled my goals or having enough of everything that you have.

In short appreciating the things that you’ve reach is also a contentment.

There is nothing wrong of striving for the best or in short being ambitious, high standard or wanting more than you have in life but you cannot get all you want. You only get those things that you’ve worked hard and if it is meant for you.

LOVE

It is like you can only see him and your world revolves in him.

What is love?

Love is also a strong feeling of protectiveness, warmth and respect for another person. Love can also apple to non-human. You can easily say you love something but it is hard to say it to the person that make your heart beats so fast.

It is permanent in terms of finding the right person simply the love that you are looking for will stay with you as long as both of you want to keep it.

It is true that need love just in different ways. It will bring you to someone who will understand and accept us the most. Through that it make you obligated or response to the action to make the relationship work.

SEPARATION


After knowing what love is there will be time which leads you in cutting your connection with each other because that is not healthy anymore.


Lover never dies in natural death but it ends literally.


It ends because of errors and betrayals that created wound in your heart.

Love and Hate is particularly having common and very connected.
Once upon a time you love someone but right now you hate that person. Why?
Because sometimes our heart cannot accept that “this love’ is reason of the pain you cannot accept the fact that everything is over.

A feeling of “ I don’t want you to be happy”
It is common for a someone after facing break up.
You do not acknowledge the pain that person caused to you or the betrayal. This is the time where revenge comes in.

That is why you will create something that harms other people but at the end of the day all you need is to be picked from being broken pieces and put together.

Being a good writer also carries a responsibility of being an effective writer.


In order to write creatively and amazingly you also need to read.
To be a writer needs to consider good grammar.


You can read other peoples’ writings as much as you and try to compare what are the things that you need to improved.


Simply, Find you role model author and then follow his or her steps in writing.


FIND AN INSPIRATION.


Get outside on your comfort zone.
Becoming a good writer is not easy but it is worth learning for. You may thing writing is simple you just write anything you think but sad to say it is not just simply like that. Good writing skills is invested from practicing and trainings.


But wait. What is the key word of being a good writer?


It is TO BE EFFECTIVE, TO BE CLEAR, AND TO CONNECT.


These three key concepts are important because you are writing to share good message to other people not just you are writing to read it all by yourself. BUT, maybe that kind of mindset exist; that you are writing for yourself but not just for other people to read and like your writings.


Just remember no man is an island. You can be a good and effective writer if you let other people read and criticized your work. Through that you will know those areas are you weakest point and you wil have time to improved your work to be good.


You will write because you love writing.


You write to give voices that don’t always heard.


You will be a good and effective writer in the future with the excellence works.

Read, every day is a new day to discover new words, ideas and knowledge. Learning is a process and Reading is a reverse process of writing. If you are fond of reading then you have a big chance to be a good and effective writer.

Having a good speaking skills and connection with the listeners is a gift. Yes! All of us can speak but not all people can communicate well and at the same time someone who shares reliable knowledge to the listeners.

It’s either you can do it or you cannot do it.
Because everything is up to you and if you are willing to speak up and share your knowledge to everyone then you can survive public speaking.
You can create a good progress and improvements to yourself.

Look at you verbal stalls and body language.
Notice how much “uhm, or like” and even dead air.
The way you sway, lean or even stand. Is it fine? Or it look awkward?
Pay attention on the things where you will look natural and not forced.
Make sure that you are comfortable.
And practice you spills.

Third, engage with the audience
This is also very important when you are delivering information in front of the large audience.
You need to keep the listeners interested with your presentation.
How are you going to do that?
Just simply be interactive.
Encourage and ask questions which targets individual or group.

Pay attention on how you deliver your speech or presentation. Avoid using words that will reduce your power as the speaker. You need to show them that this idea is good and everyone can achieved it. Instead of saying to the audience that “ it is good but I am not sure if I can do it”.
The listener prefers someone who speaks well, clear and précised.
So do not speak so fats because your listeners might not get it. Just try to slow down.
Just do not forget to stay connected with the audience and use examples that everyone can relate.
Use words that met the level of familliarity of someone.
